MIDDLE SCHOOL / HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL (INTERIM)

 

 

The Lenox Public Schools is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as interim principal of Lenox Memorial Middle and High School, effective October 2008 – June 2009.  The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of current middle and secondary education curriculum and instructional practices, and have the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff and parents.  Candidates must hold a master’s degree in School Administration or related field and be certified or certifiable as a Massachusetts Secondary Principal.

 

Lenox Memorial Middle and High School serves 450 students in grades 6 – 12.  Located in the southern Berkshires of western Massachusetts, LMMHS has earned a reputation of excellence as a result of the work of a skilled and committed faculty, strong student performance and academic achievement, and the support of an involved and invested community.
