MEMORIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO
MEETING MINUTES
November 14, 2007
SECRETARY’S REPORT
NS highlighted minutes from the previous meeting on October 10th which were approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT
NS reported that the $50.00 allocated for the Jim Eder memorial book has never been used. NS suggested giving the money to the school librarian to buy some books and in them put plaques with Jim Eder’s name. MK has not yet indicated to whom the check for the 7th grade field trip should be made. RS said he would look into this. Of the $300 allocated for the Berkshire Grown fundraiser, only $175 was used. The librarian requested the approval of the $47 used for the summer reading ice cream social. The funds were approved. The treasurer’s report was accepted.
