DISCUSSION

Back To School Night- Setting up a PTO table for back to school night was discussed.

6th Grade Parent Forum- Arranging and scheduling a forum for parents of 6th graders was discussed.

INFORMATIONAL UPDATE

M P has updated the website with the new PTO officers’ information. We are looking for a new person to take over the website maintenance job. Specific names were given as having possible interest in the job.

OPEN DISCUSSION

Topics of discussion to add to next meeting agenda: teachers’ breakfast, financial aid for nature's classroom.

Also discussed was the need to get the new officers names on the money accounts and all were in agreement to renew the insurance policies as they are.

PTO MEETINGS SCHEDULE

10/10/07, 11/14/07, 12/12/07, 1/9/08, 2/13/08, 3/12/08, 4/9/08, 5/14/08, 6/11/08.

All meetings will take place on Wednesdays and will commence at 7:00 P.M.

L M will be responsible for emailing BW before 3:00 P.M. on the Monday before each meeting to remind him to do an all call to parents about the meetings.
