Chorus

The Morris School Chorus, open to all students in grades 2 through 5 who love to sing, rehearses on Thursday mornings.The chorus participates in community activities as well as school music shows.

Service Club

Service Club gives 4th and 5th grade students an opportunity to serve their school community through a variety of activities that contribute to the efforts of staff, faculty, and students. Service Club members give up 1 or 2 recess periods per week in order to perform service activities. In addition, the Service Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. If you would like to know more about Service Club, please call Mrs. Drosnin at Morris School.

Art Club

Grades 2 through 5 will have the opportunity to participate in Art Club. This is a before school activity club directed by Mrs. Kain, the art teacher at Morris School. Notices/sign up sheets will be sent out for each grade level group one week prior to beginning.

All children need to be at the art room at 7:45 PROMPTLY, as we have a limited time frame. All children need to be at each art club, unless ill, as projects are continuous and build upon the previous week's work.

Robotics

Grade 5 students are invited to participate in the Berkshire Robotics Challenge, based on the US First Lego Robotics League. Students design, construct, and program a robot to successfully navigate through a series of technical challenges.
